Last week, we lost Paula Tibre – an authentic leader, a rare soul, a friend who quietly, yet powerfully, shaped lives and careers.

Paula grew the Betfair business in Cluj. She built leaders. She was the CTO at the Financial Times in London. She was a lifelong learner.But above all, she cared deeply about what she left behind – her legacy.

She had no children, but she raised people. And she raised them well.
