She would always focus on the big picture.

I think Paula is one of the few Romanian leaders that we don’t speak about but they change the image of our country overseas . I’ve meet Paula in 2018 through a mutual friend and have been really close friends since than.

I will always remember the long calls we used to have when I was driving distances, she would be the first I call. We would speak leadership, politics and her favorite subject: transformation! She would always focus on the big picture, see the best in people and say that people need guidance! She loved all people, she was fearless and loved to take BIG challenges bead on! She always focused on growth and how she could get better on all levels. 

I’ve learned so much from her, she made me see the world with different eyes, she helped me become a better human being! This is the impact that she leaves behind through people she touched who are already making change in their jobs, their community and their live all because of Paula!
